Follow building plans and blueprints. • Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies. • Record and document repair and machine maintenance information. • Understand and read plans, drawings, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirements. • Follow lockout-tagout procedures and all other safety protocols and perform preventative maintenance activities. • Remove and replace worn components. • Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other professionals. • Keep project site clean and organized. • Make regular inspections of structural facilities or equipment and read blueprints for specifications of particular work assignments for ongoing projects.
