Position Summary The Master Plumber will complete jobs on time and within budget, helping to achieve the company’s financial goals. The Master Plumber will carry and maintain his/her plumber license per State law and will be required to register license with the State on behalf of Pivotal Home Solutions. The Master Plumber will assist management with training new plumbing apprentices and will work and drive safely. • Tests for gas leaks in existing or new installations. • Ability to interpret drawings and layouts from mechanical drawings. • Provide emergency repairs to leaking, loose, clogged, or plumbing components in disrepair. • Duties to include, but not limited to, all types of plumbing repairs, minor steam line repairs and re-routing, natural gas pipe repairs and re-routing, storm and sewage line maintenance and repairs and preventative maintenance. • Perform plumbing repairs and plumbing upgrades that include sinks, faucets, radiator valves, and traps, toilets, bathtubs, drain lines, water supply lines, and natural gas line risers. • Installs and maintains appliances such as hot water heaters, pumps, sump, and sewage pumps and ejectors. • Requisitions materials and supplies using in-house procedures as needed. • Continuously provide the customer with the highest levels of customer service. • Use good time management to make effective use of travel. • Must be able to cycle count inventory upon procurement’s request.
