Key Responsibilities: • Assist licensed Journeyman Plumbers with plumbing system installation, repair, and maintenance. • Prepare job sites by setting up tools, equipment, and materials. • Cut and handle piping and other plumbing materials. • Help with troubleshooting and diagnosing plumbing problems. • Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe. • Participate in washroom remodels and new construction plumbing tasks. • Follow all safety standards and company procedures on-site. • Continually learn and develop new skills through on-the-job experience. Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum 1 year of construction experience (plumbing experience is a plus). • Education: High school diploma or GED required. • Skills: Strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and eagerness to learn. • Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in a variety of environments (tight spaces, varying weather). • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Positive attitude and team player mindset.
