Post-Secondary education or additional formal education in the trades industry is a plus. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no major violations the past 5-years). • Minimum three years of experience in plumbing estimating or a related field in Wisconsin. • Must be proficient in Bluebeam and Accubid software or a comparable program. • Strong understanding of plumbing systems and materials, as well as Wisconsin plumbing codes. • Excellent reading comprehension and ability to interpret blueprints and technical documents. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel a must). • A current, unrestricted license is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Plumbing Estimator • Conduct site visits and analyze project blueprints, specifications, and other documentation. • Develop detailed labor, materials, permits, and equipment cost estimates. • Utilize industry-standard estimating software (Accubid/Bluebeam). • Research current market prices for materials and labor. • Collaborate with sales teams and project managers to ensure estimates meet project requirements. • Clearly communicate estimates and proposals to clients, answering questions and addressing concerns. • Maintain accurate and organized records of all estimates. • Stay up to date on plumbing codes and regulations.
