About us HPC Services is seeking a Plumber Helper to join our team. As a Plumber Helper, you will be responsible for assisting in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of plumbing systems in various residential and commercial settings. Plumbers will be working in the tri-county area of Southern Maryland, Prince George's and Anne Arundel counties. Occasional work may be required in Virginia and Washington, DC. ```Responsibilities:``` - Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with local plumbing codes - Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout and configuration of plumbing systems - Inspect plumbing systems and identify any issues or potential problems - Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance - Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and HVAC technicians, to complete projects requiring multiple skill sets - Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times - Install, service, and maintain tanked and tankless water heaters - Can cut/fit/thread cast iron - Use k50 and spartan 300 - Ability to service and maintenance all aspects of plumbing in both residential and commercial applications ```Experience:``` To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Proven experience working as a Plumber - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems - Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation - Ability to assemble, install, and repair various types of pipes and fixtures - Familiarity with construction plumbing techniques and practices - Ability to work with a team or independently If you are a skilled Plumber looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise and contribute to a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply.
