Job Description The essential function of the position within the organization is to perform skilled work in the maintenance of facilities. The position is responsible for performing carpentry, electrical, HVAC and plumbing tasks in the maintenance, repair and construction of assigned facilities. High School Diploma or GED and the equivalent of one year of specialized vocational training. HVAC Technician or Plumbing Certification preferred.
