Selectek has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Plumbing Designer to join a team that will work on a mixture of commercial, retail, and multifamily homes. It is ideal that the designer have at least some experience with multifamily homes. This job entails taking floor plans from architects and designing plumbing systems for those buildings. To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to be able to take a job from the kickoff meeting through the completion of construction. This person would need to be able to communicate with the entire design team (both inside and outside the office) about all aspects of the plumbing design for coordination. They should also be capable of attending meetings, responding to RFI’s, reviewing submittals, and going to a site to evaluate existing conditions.
