Plumber Support Inside Sales Associate

Job Description The Plumber Support Inside Sales Associate will be assigned to primary geographic regions to provide support to the Regional Management team. Successfully perform outbound calls utilizing calling campaigns designed to drive revenue and grow business. Demonstrate exceptional follow through of web-based and other source generated leads - help materialize leads to business opportunities for Regionals' to engage with. Provide sales, training and other support as needed for successful execution of Plumber Support program. This position will serve the company's Water Heater Division, located in Roswell, GA. WHAT YOU'LL DO Proactive to customer leads from company website and other in-take sources such as digital leads and events/shows in a way that develops a trusting relationship with the goal of introducing the value/benefit upsell approach of the company product line and Plumber Support Provide viable leads with high-level overview of company product portfolio, generate continued interest over the phone with potential leads Identify critical needs of customers (hot spots) that contractors can then follow-up on with goal of securing new business and/or upsell opportunities Support Regionals by successfully executing outbound Call Campaigns producing a result Scale our 1-1 relationship with our existing and potential customers; be able to engage with relevancy and active listening skills Perform well in a high volume environment with accountability to inside sales performance metrics (Follow-through on leads, percent successful transition from lead to contractor opportunity etc) Effectively apply value based sales approach via the phone WHAT YOU NEED 2-3 years of experience in outbound call center and/or inside sales capacity responding to leads over the phone Experience with leading, collaborating or managing a team in an outbound call center Ability to demonstrate exceptional follow-up and assertiveness in a way that engages and identify customers to want to do business with the company Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Skype and other web based applications used for enterprise-grade communications such as PureCloud 1-3 years' experience with a web based application such as Sugar or Salesforce; a customer relationship management system Accountability, commitment & professionalism within a business environment Excellent Professional communication skills - skills with a technical knowledge Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment Adaptable to changes in priorities Experience in value-based selling HOW TO STAND OUT College degree or equivalent work experience in sales/customer service industries Knowledge of water heaters, including installation, service, and replacement Bi-lingual preferred (Spanish) Industry experience preferred.
