Job Title: RV Plumber Job Summary: We're seeking a skilled RV Plumber to join our team. As an RV Plumber, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in recreational vehicles. Your goal will be to ensure that all plumbing systems are functioning properly and meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plumbing Installation: - Install plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances in RVs. - Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and industry standards. 2. Plumbing Repair: - Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures. - Replace worn-out or damaged parts. 3. Maintenance: - Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent issues. - Inspect plumbing systems to identify potential problems. 4. Quality Control: - Ensure all work meets quality standards and is completed efficiently. - Conduct inspections to verify work quality. 5. Collaboration: - Work with other technicians and service writers to ensure seamless delivery of RV services. Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in plumbing, with RV experience preferred. - Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including water, waste, and gas systems. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Valid driver's license (if required for job duties). Job Summary This position is responsible for assisting the plumbing supervisor and overseeing grounds maintenance activities for the university. Responsibilities • Installs, maintains, and repairs campus plumbing systems. (60%) • Assists in troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning plumbing systems. • Unclogs drains, Repairs leaks. • Assists in maintaining and repairing dining hall and kitchen equipment. • Supervises grounds maintenance activities. (30%) • Assists in supervising the maintenance of campus grounds including existing landscape maintenance. • Assists in maintaining and repairing grounds maintenance equipment. • Assists in supervising the staff and coordinates the work of an inmate detail. • Performs other duties as assigned. (10%) Required Qualifications • More than two years of related experience preferred. • Possession of or ability to readily obtain a valid driver¿s license issued by the State of Georgia for the type of vehicle or equipment operated. • Possession of a State of Georgia Journeyman Plumbing License is a bonus but is not required. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities • Knowledge of plumbing system installation, repair and maintenance. • Knowledge of relevant construction codes. • Knowledge of the tools and equipment used in the installation, repair and maintenance of plumbing systems. • Knowledge of grounds maintenance principles and practices. • Knowledge of the operation, repair, and maintenance of grounds maintenance equipment. • Knowledge of department policies and procedures. • Skill in diagnostic troubleshooting. • Skill in the operation of job-related tools, vehicles and equipment. • Skill in supervising staff. • Skill in oral and written communication.
