What You WILL DO In the role of Master Plumber your duties will include: • Oversee and manage large plumbing projects. • Design plumbing systems and select appropriate materials. • Inspect and test installed systems and pipelines, and resolve any issues found. • Train and mentor junior plumbing staff. • Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards. • Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates. • Other duties as required This is a contingent position based upon contract award and will be located OCONUS REQUIREMENTS: • Requires a SECRET security clearance with the ability to be upgraded to TS/SCI w/ Poly level clearance. • High School Diploma or GED equivalent • Master Plumber’s license • Backflow Testing Certification from a CONUS jurisdiction • Eight (8) years of experience in trade and building maintenance, two (2) of which are in a lead or supervisory role. • Must have knowledge of preventative maintenance programs. • Must have ability to read blueprints and perform material take-offs from prints • Effective Leadership and Communication skills. • A willingness to work rotational shift if necessary, including days, evenings, and nights as well as overtime, weekends and holidays are required.
