Position Summary: We are currently seeking a full-time plumber with a solid understanding of industry-standard plumbing codes and practices. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of solving problems in the field. Applicants must be able to read blueprints and project specifications and be comfortable with both above-ground and below-ground plumbing installations. Job Overview A Dig Crew Lead is responsible for overseeing and directing the work of a crew involved in plumbing excavation and underground utility projects. In essence, a plumbing dig crew lead is a key member of the team, responsible for leading, managing, and ensuring the efficient and safe completion of plumbing excavation projects. They combine their plumbing and excavation expertise with leadership skills to ensure successful outcomes. • Must have a valid driver's license. • Must be able to dig for extended periods of time with a shovel. • Must be able to give clear and good directions for jobs while overseeing work performed by helpers. • Must be able to stand, squat, and lift up to 75lbs if needed. • Must have plumbing knowledge. Dig Crew-Plumbing

• PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING* A plumbing dig crew member is responsible for physically excavating trenches and pits at construction sites to allow for the installation and repair of underground plumbing pipes, including sewer lines and water mains, using hand tools and heavy machinery, often working under the direction of a crew leader to ensure proper pipe placement and project completion. • Must have plumbing experience. • Must be able to work in all weather for extended periods of time (cold, snow, rain, sunshine, heat). • Must be able to repair and/or replace sewer and water lines. • Preferred machine operator experience. • Must be able to hand shovel for extended periods of time.
