Responsibilities Your Mission • Modeling assignments: Draft engineering drawings using BIM, Civil3D, CAD, or manual skills, ensuring they meet company standards. • Construction Services: Be on the front lines, providing vital processes and observations that keep projects on track and within spec. • Field Adventures: Engage in on-site observation and problem solving, to support our projects and clearly communicate updates to Project Manager and team. Qualifications What You Bring: • 0-2 years of relevant experience with a high school diploma, or an associate degree • Drafting experience using BIM (Revit) and/or CAD software. • Desire to building relationships with contractors in the field preferred • Solid understanding of infrastructure and plumbing design • Accurate and timely project completion, with the ability to reprioritize as needed • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) • Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future (no visa sponsorship provided for this role) Why MSA? • Better Together: A collaborative environment that values open ideas, diversity, and authenticity. The salary for this position ranges from $49,579 to $79,326 per year commensurate with experience. Higher compensation within this range will be paid to candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications.
