This includes digging trenches, laying pipes, installing tanks, and backfilling excavated areas • Conduct site inspections to assess soil conditions, terrain, and other factors that may impact the installation of plumbing or septic systems. • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with plumbing and septic systems, including leaks, clogs, and malfunctions • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure proper functioning • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, explain installation processes, and address any concerns or questions • Operate various plumbing and excavation equipment such as backhoes, trenchers, and excavators to dig trenches, install pipes, and excavate for septic systems Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record • 2+ years of experience in plumbing specifically with septic systems • Ability to operate and maintain various types of equipment • Ability to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions • Good communication skills with clients and other team members • Knowledge of safety protocols and practices to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment • Precision and attention to detail
