Key Responsibilities: • Diagnose and Repair Plumbing Problems: Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including faucets, toilets, water heaters, pipes, drains • Install New Plumbing Fixtures: Install, replace, and upgrade plumbing systems, including water heaters, sump pumps, and other plumbing fixtures. • Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with homeowners, explaining problems, offering solutions, and ensuring satisfaction. • System Inspections and Maintenance: Perform inspections and preventative maintenance to identify potential plumbing issues and provide solutions before they become major problems. • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and follow-up recommendations. • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and codes to ensure safe and compliant plumbing services.
