Responsibilities for Plumbing Installation Technician • Review the job plans and material requisition prior to arriving and addressing any concerns. • Communicate regularly with customers, office, and inspectors on job progress or any issues that arise. • Install new water lines and other related plumbing associated with the job. • Operate jetting and patching equipment. • Oversee the safety and efficiency of any crew assisting on the job. • Perform job with minimal disturbance to customers property and comfort. • Trains and mentors apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs. • Working closely with the installation manager, warehouse manager and installation apprentices to complete jobs efficiently. • Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction. • Ensure jobs are properly staged; sign off on the job quality checklist. • Work alongside coordinators to ensure overall success of the business. • Is accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets. • Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck. • Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and technical vendor training. Desired Skills and Abilities for Plumbing Installation Technician • Minimum 2 years of applicable experience. The Commercial Plumber will be responsible for installing plumbing fixtures, pumps, and other plumbing equipment on various commercial construction projects. Plumbing Installer (Hourly) - 3+ Years Experience Required

Installers are highly skilled plumbers who serve our clients through expert, world-class installation of plumbing systems. When the job is complete, the area should be cleaner than before work began. Responsibilities • Adhere to our 8-step installation process. • Review job prep sheets and equipment/materials with selling tech and Install Manager to ensure you have what is necessary to complete the job. Perform bucket blast in every home to record water pressure at the water heater and water heater age. • Ensure truck is properly stocked with items needed, including marketing materials, regular inventory, required tools, etc. • Strategize and delegate with apprentices to maximize productivity and efficiency. • Be working full speed within 60 minutes of arrival on jobsite. • Take all safety precautions by utilizing all proper safety tools/equipment while performing your work (including safe driving practices). • Inform install manager of job progression by 1:30PM every day. Follow appropriate communication touchpoints with the customer. • Complete installations within allocated time frames. • Maintain a clean and organized truck and work environment. • Follow our anti S.L.A.C.K.E.R. process to avoid recalls and get the job done right the first time. • At the end of every job, explain all work that is done to the client completely with a thorough walkthrough and ensure they are 100% satisfied. • Ask for reviews and referrals on every completed job. • Attend and be actively engaged in company's training meetings and skill practice sessions. • Properly complete and turn in all required paperwork including work orders, returns, pictures, invoice summaries, purchase orders, etc. Qualifications • 3 years of experience in plumbing. • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability and willingness to train apprentices properly. • Confident, able to overcome objections. • Team player, asset to company culture. • Coachable, willing to learn. • Engaging positive attitude that loves to serve and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. • Ability to plan and organize truck and workflows. • Ability to read blueprints and schematics. • Ability to handle physical workload. • Experience with Service Titan a plus.
