Master Plumber J9 Builders is a construction company headquartered in Harrisburg, PA. We are seeking a full-time, reliable commercial Master Plumber in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. The Master Plumber would travel to new hotel constructions and would be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities, smooth execution, and operational functionality of plumbing systems across our project. Duties and Responsibilities · Design, install, and maintain high-standard plumbing systems for construction projects. · Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing and materials required. · Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade plumbing systems throughout construction phases. · Ensure all plumbing work adheres to local, state, and federal legal regulations. · Coordinate with other construction team members to integrate plumbing with other building systems. · Manage a team of plumbers and subcontractors to complete projects timely and effectively. · Conduct inspections and system testing to ensure functionality, safety, and compliance. · Provide expert advice on modern plumbing technologies and sustainable practices. Skills and Requirements · A valid Master Plumber license in Kentucky. · Experience in plumbing within the construction industry. · Review and interpret blueprints. · Proficient in using plumbing tools, equipment, and software. · Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and plumbing standards. · Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. · Ability to work in various outdoor and indoor conditions. · Conduct/attend all kickoff, status, and recap meetings. · Must be organized. · Must be a Team Player. · Must have a valid driver’s license. · Must be willing to travel if necessary (drive and/or fly). · HVAC experience a plus.
