Commercial and Industrial Plumber No Residential – No spec work – Design-Build Only Duties and Responsibilities • Carry out regular maintenance: • Inspect previously installed plumbing and have the ability to diagnose and repair. • Preform new plumbing installs. • Stay up-to-date with current safety regulations and requirements for the various plumbing codes. • Be able to follow all current regulations for plumbing work to ensure that all installed systems pass inspections. • You will be required to be there when the inspector is there. • Keep accurate, legible and complete records/time cards • Communicate with clients, team members and fellow employees. What We Need • Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional. • Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. • Work independently and collaboratively with the team, suppliers, vendors, and customers. • Push, lift, and pull up to 100 pounds, climb stairs, bend, squat, stand for extended periods of time. • Health Insurance, dental insurance, short and long-term disability, life insurance policy, retirement IRA with matching.
