Plumbing Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Plumbing Service Technician to join our customer's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing a variety of plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and light commercial settings. This role requires a strong knowledge of plumbing systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Inspect, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures, including leaks, clogs, water heaters, faucets, toilets, and drains. • Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems. • Install plumbing systems, water heaters, sump pumps, and other related fixtures and appliances. • Communicate with customers to explain diagnoses, necessary repairs, and provide estimates. • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. • Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations. • Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 2 years’ plumbing experience preferred. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a variety of environments, including confined spaces and outdoor settings. Commercial Plumber

Commercial and Industrial Plumber No Residential – No spec work – Design-Build Only Duties and Responsibilities • Carry out regular maintenance: • Inspect previously installed plumbing and have the ability to diagnose and repair. • Preform new plumbing installs. • Stay up-to-date with current safety regulations and requirements for the various plumbing codes. • Be able to follow all current regulations for plumbing work to ensure that all installed systems pass inspections. • You will be required to be there when the inspector is there. • Keep accurate, legible and complete records/time cards • Communicate with clients, team members and fellow employees.
