What You’ll Do • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems in commercial properties like Publix and resort-style hotels. • Work on faucets, flush valves, water heaters, backflows, circulation pumps, mixing valves, and more. • Utilize tools like jetting and camera equipment with locators for precision diagnosis and repairs. • Perform occasional gas-related plumbing work (no fire sprinklers or med gas). • Collaborate on an on-call rotation (one day during the week and one weekend every four weeks). What You Bring • Experience: 2+ years Commercial Plumbing experience; candidates with slightly less are encouraged to apply. • License: A valid and clean driver’s license is required (no major violations or DUIs). • Skills: Knowledge of sewer equipment, jetting, and camera tools, Propress Gun. • Expertise in troubleshooting, repairing, and installing plumbing systems. • Physical strength to lift heavy equipment like water heaters. • Education: Backflow certified is a plus, but not required. Schedule & Travel • Work hours: Monday-Friday, starting around 8:00 AM, with 40-50 hours/week typical. On- call one day during the week, every week and one weekend every 4 weeks. (weekend is Friday afternoon/evening - Monday morning). • Travel: All work is within Central Florida. Travel time is paid, excluding the first and last 30 minutes of your commute. On-call work (nights/weekends) includes paid travel to and from your home. • Environment: A mix of indoor and outdoor work, primarily in commercial spaces like grocery stores and resorts.
