REQUIREMENTS: • Must be able to live and work in the Caribbean. • Must be able to use an Oxygen and Acetylene Torch to cut steel pipe • Must always put SAFETY FIRST. • Must be 18 years of age or older. • Must be able to lift 50lbs. unassisted • Must be able to perform multiple tasks safely and with quality. • Must be able to work inside and outside. • Must be able to work at various heights above the floor with a ladder, scaffold, and man-lift when required. • Must be able to work in excavated trenches. • Must own all hand tools needed to perform as a pipefitter as described in the tool list. • Must have knowledge of the piping system being installed (chilled water, heated water, steam, condensate, etc.). • Must understand construction terms. • Must be able to work overtime as required.
