What You'll Do: As a Pipefitter, you’ll play a key role on our construction team, helping to install and maintain process piping systems across a wide range of commercial and industrial projects. You’ll work hands-on in the field, ensuring our systems meet performance and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct physical surveys of project sites with the Superintendent to assess conditions. • Complete accurate and timely takeoffs for project needs. • Plan and supervise on-site functions including scheduling, material control, and equipment rentals. • Ensure compliance with all project procedures, safety protocols, and company policies. • Complete and submit daily and weekly documentation, including safety and production reports. • Coordinate closely with contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and owners during start-up and inspection phases. • Review piping systems to ensure alignment with design, schedule, and budget requirements. • Own the piping craft schedule and develop short-term plans for execution. • Monitor labor performance and cost efficiency. • Manage material deliveries, labor coordination, and inspection scheduling. Journeyman Pipefitter

Red Moon Elite is seeking highly skilled Industrial Pipefitters with strong experience in commercial and industrial piping installations. This project demands professionals capable of executing precision work in fast-paced environments, working both independently and collaboratively to meet project deadlines and quality expectations. Job Specific Responsibilities: • Pipe Type: 1/2" to 3" Schedule 10 Stainless and some PVC • Fabricate, install, and maintain piping systems for industrial applications, including carbon steel, stainless steel, and copper piping. • Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and P&IDs to determine pipe routing and installation details. • Cut, thread, groove, and weld pipes using appropriate tools and techniques. • Install pipe supports, valves, and other related equipment according to specifications. • Pressure test piping systems to identify and correct leaks or defects. • Maintain a high level of craftsmanship, safety awareness, and efficiency on all piping projects. • Communicate effectively in English to coordinate with teams, supervisors, and project management. Job specific details: Schedule: • Monday-Friday- 10H days • Saturday- 8H days • Length: Project is scheduled to last into March 2026 • Per Diem: Per local rates; limited travel, if needed • Training Required: Lift and Fall Projection • Rate: $33/HR Essential Qualifications: • Minimum 5+ years of industrial/commercial pipefitting experience. • Strong knowledge of industrial piping systems, installation methods, and material types. • Must possess all required hand and power tools for pipefitting work. • Must be fluent in English; bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred. • Ability to read and interpret complex piping diagrams, blueprints, and technical drawings. • Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and PPE requirements. Compensation: • Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience. Functional Requirements: • Layout, fabricate, and install piping systems according to plans and specifications. • Align and secure piping to walls, structures, and fixtures using brackets, clamps, and hangers. • Operate pipe cutting, threading, and bending equipment. • Perform hydrostatic and pneumatic tests to ensure system integrity. Physical Involvement: Employee may be required to do the following: climbing ladders, scaffolds, structures, etc. above and below ground level; maintaining balance on ladders, scaffolds structures, etc.; reaching in all directions, handling and manipulating objects and materials; coordinating the movements of eyes, hands and fingers to operate tools and equipment; lifting 30 to 50 pounds from ground level, waist level, and/or overhead; carrying objects, tools, equipment, etc.; standing; sitting; walking; pushing; pulling; bending; kneeling; crouching/squatting; crawling; seeing with or without correction; hearing with or without correction. Mental Involvement: Employee may be required to do the following: following set procedures and standards; applying basic mathematical skills; planning work and selecting proper tools; comparing and understanding differences in the size, shape and form of lines, figures and objects; picturing and evaluating solid objects from drawing or diagrams using standards that can be measured or checked; following oral and/or written directions, plans and blueprints; reading; writing; ability to recognize and report safety hazards.
