Responsibilities Include: • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial, industrial, and government facilities. • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and building codes to ensure proper installation. • Diagnose plumbing issues and implement effective solutions. • Work with various piping materials, including PVC, copper, and cast iron. • Perform system testing to verify compliance with safety and industry standards. • Collaborate with other trades to complete projects efficiently. • Adhere to OSHA and company safety regulations at all times. • Document work completed and communicate effectively with supervisors and clients. Qualifications: • Previous experience as a plumber in commercial, industrial, or government projects preferred. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety regulations. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Valid plumbing license (if required by state or local regulations). • OSHA, Fall Protection, and Lift certifications are a plus. • Must provide their own basic tools. • Valid driver's license required. Ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished • Explains each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed. Ensures clients are 100% satisfied with all work • Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving • Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • Lead/Master Plumbers are considered senior level and typically operate their own truck
