Requirements/Qualifications • Construction knowledge must include a minimum of ten (10) years of on-site supervisory construction experience on commercial construction projects ranging in size from $5 million to $50 million dollars. • Must be able to work within a team structure and be prepared to take a leadership role • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam • Must be able to read and interpret a construction project schedule and assist the Project Manager in updating the schedule regularly. • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills. • Must be able to work independently with limited supervision and manage multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines on a routine basis. • Must be detailed, assertive, team-oriented, and results-driven. • Must maintain professionalism in all day to day interactions, particularly when interfacing with key project stakeholders, Owners, and designers. • Must have OSHA 30-Hour Construction Training Certification. • Must have First Aid and CPR Certification. • Valid driver's license required.
