Qualifications/skills: Your main qualifications would be general construction/carpentry skills Must possess the ability to build and assemble things, run typical worksite machines, Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work in all types of weather. Must be able to communicate effectively with the crew and get along with others. OSHA 10-hour construction is a plus. If you do not have this certification, we will pay for the online training course before you begin work. Drivers license required, CDL a plus Experience working around drill rigs is a plus Construction management skills such as crew leader or foreman are a big plus. Knowledge of placement and rules for roadwork signs & cones for DOT’s also a plus. Travel will be required as some work sites are out of town.
