Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in estimating masonry work on large commercial projects and restoration. Proficiency in using Bluebeam Software for masonry estimating. Strong knowledge of masonry materials, techniques, and building codes for commercial construction projects. Experience with material takeoffs, bid preparation, and cost analysis. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in all estimates. Knowledge of commercial construction project lifecycle and processes. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
