Key Responsibilities: • Lead the team and coordinate the proper installation and repair of exterior facade systems. • Collaborate in the development of project plans with the Project Manager and Field Superintendent. • Supervise, motivate, and train team members, ensuring adherence to safety standards and company procedures. • Plan, monitor, and evaluate team performance, providing guidance on application techniques, productivity, and proper use of tools and equipment. • Maintain communication with the clients representatives, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Manage and coordinate with subcontractors and other trades as required. • Stay up-to-date on manufacturer specifications and implement them across all relevant projects. Position Requirements: • Construction Supervision Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Construction Supervisor, overseeing job sites and crew activities. • Specialized Skills: Proven expertise in sheet metal, wall panel installation, or carpentry work. • Technical Drawing (Blueprint) Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (blueprints), as it facilitates precise execution of each project. • Tools of the trade: Candidates are expected to provide their own hand tools necessary for completing tasks efficiently. • Willingness to travel: Candidates must be open to traveling to job sites. • Reliable transportation: Personal transportation is required to commute to and from various job sites.
