Mason Tender Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mason Tender to support our masonry team in various construction projects. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and handling of materials, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn on the job. Duties • Assist masons with the mixing, pouring, and finishing of concrete. • Prepare job sites by cleaning and organizing materials and tools. • Help with the installation of rebar, hardscape elements, and other masonry components. • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks. • Support in plastering, stucco application, and tile laying as required. • Participate in renovation projects, including carpentry work such as frame carpentry and trim carpentry. • Assist with heavy equipment operation when necessary. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
