Job Description Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial projects ranging from $500K to $20 million Provide daily on-site supervision of project employees and subcontractors Provide on-site quality control ensuring work performed in compliance with contract documents Monitor labor and material cost, maintaining strict control over the budget Submit daily reports to main office Maintain and manage the Construction Schedule and prepare two week look ahead schedules Maintain a complete set of Project Documents on-site Attend, participate, and/or direct project meetings with subcontractors Support Project Manager to ensure that company policies and procedures are followed in the field Ensure project is maintained in an orderly, clean, secure, and professional manner 45 hour work week Job Requirements High School Diploma/ Equivalent 2 years of commercial construction superintendent experience Regular Driving License Strong organizational skills Drug-Free Workplace Ability to pass Federal Background Check EEO / Affirmative Action Employer FULL TIME POSITION Salary commensurate with experience
