Job Summary The Construction Foreperson Sr is responsible for administering construction activities for assigned telecom Outside Plant (OSP) work with minimal direct supervision. Responsibilities include assuring safety at the work site and directly supervising all on-site activities for construction work orders. The Construction Foreman leads all construction activities which includes but are not limited to travel to and from job site, job site setup and breakdown, wearing of personal protective equipment, setup of appropriate warning signs, coordination with local authorities, safe operation of construction equipment, meeting schedules, acquiring all necessary materials and equipment for job completion, communicating with crew members, and internal and external customers for job status updates. Qualification Requirements:Education: • High School Diploma is required for the role. • Associate's/Technical Degree - two years is preferred for the role.
