The Tradesmen Group LLC (TTG) is seeking commercial caulkers (PCCs) for long-term employment for local projects. TTG is an award-winning full-service building rehabilitation/restoration company. We self-perform multiple trades, including all aspects of historic masonry restoration, roofing, architectural metals, carpentry, painting, and more! An employee-owned company. Job Details: • PCC (Pointer, Caulker, Cleaner): Work experience as a PCC on stone, brick, terra cotta, and pre-cast masonry, including caulking with single component and multi-component sealant, tuckpointing, and cleaning of masonry including historic masonry is required • Foremen: Experience leading a small crew of workers on restoration projects offers an opportunity to serve in a foreman role • Historic restoration experience preferred • Other onsite duties may be required as well, including erection/dismantling of scaffold, cleanup or general labor work in conjunction with job operations • Minimum five years experience in masonry as PCC • OSHA 10 hr certificate is required • Must be able to pass a background check We work where we live, and it shows. TTG is currently seeking a highly experienced HISTORIC/DECORATIVE CONCRETE FINISHER who is meticulously detail-driven and able to self-monitor for quality control. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years successfully completing similar concrete projects (with specific to form curved stairs and working with historic exposed aggregate concrete).
