Job Details: • PCC (Pointer, Caulker, Cleaner): Work experience as a PCC on stone, brick, terra cotta, and pre-cast masonry, including caulking with single component and multi-component sealant, tuckpointing, and cleaning of masonry including historic masonry is required • Foremen: Experience leading a small crew of workers on restoration projects offers an opportunity to serve in a foreman role • Historic restoration experience preferred • Other onsite duties may be required as well, including erection/dismantling of scaffold, cleanup or general labor work in conjunction with job operations • Minimum five years experience in masonry as PCC • OSHA 10 hr certificate is required • Must be able to pass a background check We work where we live, and it shows.
