All carpentry, electrical work, or simple plumbing repairs are performed under supervision by qualified personnel. Requirements A certified HVAC Technician with proven experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment, while identifying maintenance risk on equipment. Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems and equipment. Clean, adjust, and repair systems, and perform warranty services. Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. Maintained daily logs and records for all maintenance functions. Learn the locations of all HVAC equipment and how they relate to each structure. Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Proficient in reading schematics and work plans. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent. • Certification in HVAC Technician, building maintenance technology preferred. • Must be steady, reliable worker. • Maintain a valid driver’s license preferably • Must be detail oriented with strong manual ability and problem solving skills.
