Job Duties include: • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils, electrical checks, airflow measurements, refrigerant checks, and warranty work on HVAC systems • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults on HVAC systems • Perform appropriate HVAC system repairs, including heat pumps, furnaces, and water source heating • Recharge refrigerant levels, check for leaks, and ensure the refrigerant cycle is functioning correctly in air conditioning and refrigeration systems • Perform energy-efficiency upgrades like installing smart thermostats or sealing ducts • Represent yourself consistent with Culley Mechanical standards for punctuality, experience, and appearance • Provide an amazing experience for customers on every job • Actively participate in ongoing technical & Sales training to improve your career trajectory • Ensure customers understand maintenance procedures and provide recommendations for system upgrades or replacements • Ensure the company truck is properly stocked with the appropriate levels of equipment, tools, and consumables Requirements: • Proven track record in HVAC field service with 5+ years of experience in diagnosing and repairing complex HVAC systems • Knowledge of the fundamental operational functionality of residential air conditioning, heating, and ventilation equipment • Able to troubleshoot problems with refrigerant, electrical, and duct systems on HVAC equipment • Proven experience in residential customer interactions and business development • Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills with a commitment to helping others succeed • 2+ years of sales experience preferred • Experience utilizing HouseCall Pro dispatching software a plus • EPA Universal or EPA Type II Culley Mechanical is proud to offer: • Competitive Pay $50,000 - $70,000 +earnings potential • Health Insurance • Management Support • Generous Vacation & Sick leave • 2 Paid Holidays • 401k Retirement plan with match program • Growth & Advancement Opportunities • On-going Training & Development • Company Vehicle and Gas Card Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Paid time off • Professional development assistance • Retirement plan Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Overtime Supplemental Pay: • Bonus opportunities • Commission pay Experience: • HVAC: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person

PLUMBER PIPEFITTER

Location: Our home office address is 1227 Hwy 641 S Paris, TN and we are looking for for all experience levels residing in the West TN area. Education A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Technical schools offer courses on pipe system design, safety, and tool use. They also offer welding courses that are considered necessary by some pipefitter and steamfitter apprenticeship training programs. Training Most plumbers, pipefitters, and steamfitters learn their trade through a 4- or 5-year apprenticeship. Each year, apprentices must have at least 1,700 to 2,000 hours of paid on-the-job training and a minimum of 246 hours of related technical education. On the job apprenticeship programs are offered at Ellis Heating Company, Inc. P lumbers, pipefitters, and steamfitters learn on the job through specific task-oriented training. The basic qualifications for entering an apprenticeship program are being 18 years old and having a high school diploma or the equivalent. After completing an apprenticeship program, plumbers, pipefitters, and steamfitters are considered to be journey workers, qualifying them to perform duties on their own.
