Key Responsibilities: • Lead HVAC crews in the field when the HVAC Supervisor is unavailable or assisting elsewhere • Troubleshoot and solve complex heating and cooling problems • Oversee and complete a variety of residential and light commercial service and install jobs • Ensure accurate documentation and job reporting • Coordinate with customer service to ensure effective communication and high-quality solutions for customers Requirements: • Valid Kentucky Journeyman HVAC license • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Strong leadership skills and the ability to keep a team organized and productive • Confidence working independently and a drive to figure things out when the path isn’t obvious What We’re Looking For: You’ve probably always been the one who steps up when something breaks — the one who gets called because you’ll get it fixed. Experience • Proven experience as an HVACR Service Technician, mechanic or technician in industrial maintenance . • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVACR Service, HVAC Installation, industrial maintenance, BAS Control Systems, and System controls. • Familiarity with electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage applications. • Proficient in using ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools for analysis. • Experience with welding techniques is preferred; brazing, pipe fitting, welding experience is a plus. • Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers and team members. • Previous field service experience is highly desirable, along with strong customer service skills. • Join our team as a Field Service Technician where your skills will contribute to the success of our operations while delivering top-notch service to our valued clients.
