Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Trade Settlement Specialist to manage the settlement process for our customers. • Settlements will be in the form of deduction clearing, payment by check, or preauthorized credits. • The primary focus of this position is to validate settlements, resolve discrepancies with customers, and obtain necessary approvals. Key Responsibilities: • Process trade settlements efficiently and accurately. • Measure and report program attainment and effectiveness. • Recover invalid customer deductions and reject invalid claims. • Identify and secure funding for settlement processing. • Resolve pricing-related deductions and claims. • Collaborate with Sales management to implement trade programs and maintain support for settlements. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting preferred. • Associate's degree in Business Administration or Accounting with two years of business experience required. • Two years of business experience. • Proficiency in Excel, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills required.
