Job Title: Carpentry Technician Job Description We are seeking experienced carpenters with a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in commercial or residential settings. The technician will initially work on local projects for up to 90 days, with the expectation of traveling throughout the state once trust is established. Lodging, transportation, and meal per diem will be provided during travel. Responsibilities • Maintain and renovate office buildings, medical facilities, and various commercial properties. • Engage in projects involving distribution, manufacturing, and shipping facilities. • Construct and repair commercial structures such as office buildings, restaurants, and strip malls. • Utilize general construction hand and power tools for various tasks. • Perform indoor work with occasional outdoor projects. Essential Skills • Proficiency in painter, drywall, sanding, roller, brush, patching, construction, caulking, and trim work. • Expertise in carpentry, framing, finish carpentry, concrete work, and blueprint reading. • Skilled in using hand tools and power tools, including doors, metal studs, tape measures, and demolition. • Experience in cabinetry, formwork, painting, and door installation.
