Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and be familiar with various aspects of building and restoration. This role involves working collaboratively with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The Crew Member will be responsible for executing tasks related to roofing, electrical work, hardscaping, and construction management. Responsibilities • Assist in the installation and restoration of residential & light commercial projects, ensuring quality workmanship. • Collaborate with team members on various construction projects, including building structures and hardscaping features. • Utilize tools and equipment safely while performing tasks such as framing, painting, roofing, & flooring installations. • Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols. Skills • Proficient in carpentry techniques and restoration methods. • Knowledgeable in electrical systems and wiring. • Experience in building structures and hardscape installations. • Familiarity with Microsoft software for project management and documentation. • Ability to read schematics and perform construction inspections effectively. • Mathematic skills are a plus for specific project requirements. • Strong construction skills to complete timelines and deliverables. Carpenters Needed! We offer 40 hour work weeks weather permitting. Pay day is on Thursday's at knockoff. We have been in business since 1986, so we are well established in the community. We offer a small benefits package and a decent wage per hour. We do take taxes out. There is no under the table work. Our carpentry crew does window and door replacement, rotten wood replacement, small wood framing and trim jobs, deck building, minor remodeling, metal stud framing, acoustical ceilings, and an array of other tasks.
