The Crew Member will be responsible for executing tasks related to roofing, electrical work, hardscaping, and construction management. Responsibilities • Assist in the installation and restoration of residential & light commercial projects, ensuring quality workmanship. • Collaborate with team members on various construction projects, including building structures and hardscaping features. • Utilize tools and equipment safely while performing tasks such as framing, painting, roofing, & flooring installations. • Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols. Skills • Proficient in carpentry techniques and restoration methods. • Knowledgeable in electrical systems and wiring. • Experience in building structures and hardscape installations. • Familiarity with Microsoft software for project management and documentation. • Ability to read schematics and perform construction inspections effectively. • Mathematic skills are a plus for specific project requirements. • Strong construction skills to complete timelines and deliverables.
