Maintenance Manager The Maintenance Manager directs and manages the activities of the Maintenance department. They are responsible to plan and manage all activities of the Maintenance roadmap and processes, establish priorities, and coordinate activities to ensure optimal performance of the facility and related tools. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline). Minimum 5 years of management experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, including TPM, predictive maintenance, and financial/KPI management (OEE methodology). Experienced leadership in large, complex organizations with 24/7 operations, managing teams and ensuring uptime across multiple shifts. Proficient in problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and project management skills, including budgeting for capital projects and implementing change initiatives. Demonstrated ability to develop strategies for equipment reliability, service contracts, and performance optimization. Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel) and Microsoft Project; ability to read and interpret schematics, 3D CAD drawings, and technical documents.
