Lead Wind Field Technician

Lead Wind Field Technician We seek a Lead Wind Field Technician for our client on a direct hire basis. The ideal candidate will lead technicians to ensure effective and efficient maintenance and operations. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to travel to wind farms across the country, with all accommodation and travel expenses fully covered by the company. You'll perform inspections, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on wind turbines—ensuring peak performance and safety standards are met. The successful candidate must be willing to travel and perform tasks at various project sites throughout the US. Experience with renewable power generation equipment in a service environment is required. Wind Turbine Technician

Our client, a company specializing in renewable energy maintenance, is seeking a dedicated Wind Turbine Technician to join their team servicing wind farms near Denver, Colorado, US . This role involves maintaining and repairing wind turbines. Responsibilities: Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on wind turbines. Inspect turbine components, including blades, nacelles, towers, and foundations. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems of wind turbines. Identify and repair faults in turbine systems. Collect data on turbine performance and maintenance activities. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including working at heights and in confined spaces. Prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities and findings. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Comfortable working at significant heights and in confined spaces. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills. Physical fitness and ability to climb ladders and lift heavy objects. Valid driver's license. Experience with safety protocols for working at heights and electrical systems. Basic computer skills for reporting and data entry. Certification in specific turbine platforms is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Job Description Position Overview As an Assistant General Counsel, Legal, you will join a growing commercial transactions team and be focused on energy and infrastructure project development and specific commercial transactions related thereto. You will provide professional legal advice, counsel, and guidance to support the development, construction, origination, finance and management of Invenergy’s growing renewable and clean energy portfolio. Responsibilities • Provide legal support on a variety of commercial transactions arising throughout the life cycle of Invenergy projects, from development through construction, debt and/or equity financing, offtake and operations, which commercial transactions include build-transfer agreements, development transfer agreements, power purchase and similar offtake agreements, interconnection agreements, EPC agreements, equipment supply agreements, project acquisition and disposition agreements, operations and maintenance agreements as well as debt financing, joint venture agreements, tax equity transactions, cash equity transactions and similar equity related agreements. • Provide guidance on transaction structuring. • Support the drafting and negotiation of project and financing documentation. • Select and manage outside counsel. • Ensure consistency across transactions and compliance with internal policies. • The position will also provide legal advice and support in other areas of the Company as needed and able. Required Skills And Qualifications • JD degree from an accredited law school and active license to practice law, in good standing. • 5 - 8 years of experience either within a law firm or as in-house counsel (or a combination thereof) supporting M&A transactions. • Experience drafting, negotiating, and advising on sophisticated energy related project development, construction, finance, offtake and M&A documentation sought. • Experience researching and analyzing applicable laws and regulations; conducting due diligence reviews; and managing transaction closings. • Able to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders under minimal supervision. • Excellent communication skills and ability to relay complex concepts to members of management. • Self-starter who is proactive, can demonstrate initiative, can work independently as well as on a team, and who has a roll up the sleeves mentality. • Strong organizational and analytical skills as well as the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Sound judgment, critical thinking, attention to detail, strong business understanding and solid negotiation skills. • The ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and balance a heavy workload. • An ability to analyze, interpret, and present complex legal ideas and concepts in a clear and concise fashion. • Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future. Base Pay $175,000.00 - $210,000.00 USD Annual Bonus: 25% - 40% The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position.
