Job Title: Power Generation Project Engineer We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to lead our power generation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, design, and construction, with a focus on power generation and heavy industry. About the Role: • Lead complex projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget. • Develop and implement project management plans, including risk management, resource allocation, and communication strategies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, and develop corrective action plans as needed. • Provide technical leadership and guidance to project team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to complete their tasks effectively. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. • Current California PE license required. • Minimum 8 years of cumulative experience in engineering, design, and construction, with at least 5 years in power generation or heavy industry. Desirable Qualifications: • Masters degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or MBA. • PMI certification. • California Electrical PE License.
