Job Title: Senior Project Manager As a senior project manager, you will play a key role in leading renewable and substation siting efforts, transmission line routing, and analyses for projects in the southwest region. Responsibilities: • Act as client manager for select clients by providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met. • Lead risk management activities, reviewing contracts and project deliverables to ensure compliance and quality. • Collaborate with diverse teams including engineers, attorneys, planners, environmental specialists, and real estate experts to achieve project objectives. • Perform routing/siting studies and prepare associated reports, analyzing data to inform decision-making. • Develop and monitor project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. • Provide expert advice and guidance on state filing requirements, preparing and submitting necessary documents. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as environmental planning or business administration. • At least 10 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 years of project management experience. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, and project management tools. • Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams. Preferred Qualifications: • Master's degree in environmental planning or a related field. • Experience in linear projects involving land acquisition, routing, or environmental planning. • Expertise in proposal development, scoping work, budgeting, and scheduling complex environmental projects. • Knowledge of regulatory applications and submissions to state utility agencies.
