Job Description Summary Job Description Working at our Terre Haute Facility Our Terre Haute site is responsible for a diverse product mix supplying structural components and cores for both military and commercial engines. A few reasons to consider us: • Quarterly performance based bonus up to $1300 every quarter (4x/year) • 10% pay differential for 2nd/3rd shift • Healthcare Benefits eligible on day one of employment • Monthly employee engagement events • 12 annual paid holidays; vacation eligible at day 30 of employment • Climate-controlled building out of the elements • Tuition reimbursement benefit Roles and Responsibilities: • Perform basic weld operations (i.e. work set-up, material handling, part prep, load fixture and tool holders, etc.) • Weld material with TIG welder. • Assembles rework parts. • Certify several material types for TIG and/or EB Welding. • Knowledge and ability to prep parts for welding. • Knowledge and use of manual, automatic and dabber TIG (fusion) welding equipment. • Inspect finished weld and identifies defects. • Measure parts with precision measuring tools. • Maintain perishable tools used in the work area and replaces or stocks as necessary. • Read blue prints and applies prints to assemble parts. • Contributes to continuous improvement and business initiatives. • Keeps work area safe and clean. • Perform all other duties as assigned. Required: • 6months-1 year of TIG welding experience • High school diploma or GED Preferred: • 1+ years TIG Welding This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. Therefore, for applicants who are not U.S. lawful permanent residents, U.S. Citizens, or have been granted asylee or refugee status (i.e., not a protected individual under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), otherwise known as a U.S. Person), employment will be contingent on the ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.
