Overview: We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder with hands-on experience in precision welding and metal fabrication. The ideal candidate will be proficient in reading technical drawings, setting up welding equipment, and producing high-quality welds that meet safety and structural standards. Key Responsibilities: • Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements to plan and execute welding layouts. • Set up and prepare components for welding in accordance with project specifications. • Perform TIG welding on thin-wall tubing ranging from .062" to .016" wall thickness and materials from 2" to ¼" O.D. • Conduct visual inspections and quality checks to ensure weld strength, precision, and compliance with standards. • Perform cutting, grinding, fitting, and shaping of metal components when required. • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace in line with company and OSHA safety protocols. • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project timelines and production goals. Required Qualifications: • Proven experience as a TIG Welder or in a similar welding/fabrication role. • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications. • Attention to detail with a focus on producing clean, accurate, and consistent welds. • Solid understanding of metal properties, weld symbols, and joint configurations.
