Essential Functions: • Perform MIG, hand and robotic welding operations to produce product at the required production and quality level as instructed. • Perform inspection on product utilizing total quality concepts. • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as needed. • Accurately report daily activities on work orders and other media as required. • Conduct required quality checks using basic measurement equipment. • Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards. • Exercise safe working habits while operating machines, including proper use of personal protective equipment. • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of safety culture, participating in safety training sessions, and promptly reporting any safety concerns. • Perform other duties as assigned.
