Job Description Summary Our Lynn, MA team is looking to hire a Tig Welder to perform layout, set-up and welding on a variety of aircraft engine component parts and assemblies. In this role you can expand your career welding various exotic materials into critical parts for commercial and/or military aircraft. You will receive training to achieve necessary certifications on required processes to set you up for success and ensure that you are working at required quality and efficiency levels. Qualifications/Requirements: • High School Diploma/GED • 1 year of TIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment or have successfully completed a welding co-op or course with a certified agent • Must be able to pass initial welding skills demonstration • Able to work from planning and verbal instructions, prints or sketches require the ability to read, write, and speak English. • Distance Vision 20/30 (US) using corrected or uncorrected vision in either eye • Near Vision corrected or uncorrected in either eye, shall be the ability to read Jaeger No. 2 type at 16 inches (40.64 cm) • Ability to lift, move and manipulate fixtures and component hardware up to 25 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations • $1000 Dollar sign on bonus for qualified candidates! The base pay range for this position is 26/hr. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 12/31/2026.
