Work Environment: Bright, clean, climate controlled environment with a new break room and cafeteria. Job Description: A typical shift can include machine operation and assembly, rework welding, and inspection of parts for any weld defects and rework welds. Employees will utilize both TIG and MIG welding based on project specifications. Temp-to-hire window: Able for permanent placement after 90 days Requirements: • Good attendance and great dependability • Great hand-eye coordination • The ability to lift up to 50lbs. • Must be comfortable standing for an 8-hour shift. • Must take and pass weld test with client. North Central Fabrication- Welder/Fabricator Summary: Fabricators cut, shape, join and finish metal to make, maintain or repair metal products and structures. Fabricators may produce patterns/fixtures for fabrication, apply coatings, and work with a variety of materials.
