In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming raw materials into finished goods, using your skills in heavy industrial welding and fabrication to meet and exceed project specifications Responsibilities • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to determine welding requirements. • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in compliance with safety standards. • Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components according to project specifications. • Primary welding processes performed MIG, TIG, Flux Core, RMD. • Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools to ensure proper functioning. • Inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify and repair defects. • Cut and shape metal materials using various cutting tools such as plasma cutters and oxy-fuel torches. • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to resolve fabrication issues. • Maintain accurate records of materials used and time spent on each project. • Ensure work is completed on time and meets quality standards. • Adhere to company and industry safety regulations during all welding and fabrication activities. Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our 2nd shift team (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM). This position involves precision welding, fabrication, blueprint reading, and material assembly to build high-quality structures according to customer specifications. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player with a strong mechanical background and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
