Strategic HR Partnership • Provide consultative guidance on HR policies, best practices, and employee relations. • Support organizational effectiveness, performance management, and talent development initiatives. Analyze HR metrics to inform and support strategic decision-making. • Support Merger & Acquisition activity and manage integration projects HR Systems & Process Design • Partner with leadership to create and design new HRIS through upcoming changeover and implementation project.
