Job Overview Were seeking motivated, outgoing individuals, who are driven for success to join our team as Solar Door-to-Door appointment setters. In this role, youll be the first point of contact with potential customers, introducing them to the benefits of solar energy and scheduling qualified appointments for our top solar consultants. Duties • Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services. • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads. • Utilize Salesforce and other software tools to track interactions, manage leads, and report on progress. • Communicate effectively with potential clients, providing them with information about our offerings and addressing any inquiries they may have. • Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies for lead generation and appointment setting. • Maintain a thorough understanding of our technology sales offerings to confidently engage with prospects. Key Responsibilities • Canvass residential neighborhoods and engage homeowners in conversations about solar energy • Clearly explain the benefits of switching to solar, including potential cost savings and environmental impact. • Qualify homeowners through basic questions (Roof condition, electricity usage, etc..) • Schedule in home appointments • Track leads/appointments through our CRM system • Attend team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge Qualifications • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills • Positive attitude, high energy and resilience in the face of rejection • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team • Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended period • Previous D2D experience is a plus but not required What we offer • Competitive base pay with uncapped commission • Training and ongoing support • Opportunity for growth into leadership or closing positions • Flexible Schedules Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Benefits: • Flexible schedule Compensation Package: • Bonus opportunities • Commission pay Schedule: • Day shift • Evening shift • Monday to Friday • No nights • Weekends as needed License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: • Portsmouth, OH 45662 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: • Portsmouth, OH 45662: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
