Job Summary Compass Solar Energy has been serving the Florida Panhandle for over 25 years. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying consumer goals and needs related to solar, promoting solar product offerings that fulfill these needs, identifying customer buying trends, and achieving sales goals. This position requires a strong understanding of solar energy products with a strong understanding of solar storage (battery) capabilities, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Duties • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities within the solar sales market. • Collaborate with management team to develop personal strategies for door-to-door and outside sales activities. • Prepare proposals on apps for presentation to prospective customers. • Provide insights on customer preferences and competitive landscape to enhance sales strategies. • Assist in training and mentoring new sales staff, fostering leadership within the team. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. • Complete sales forms, contracts, financing applications and necessary paperwork for a completed sale. • Maintain contact with and serve as liaison between customers and inhouse support teams and installation teams. Qualifications • Proven experience in solar sales, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in solar + battery sales. (Door to door sales experience a plus). • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex design needs. • Strong communication skills. Multilingual capabilities are a plus. • Experience in cold calling sales is desirable, along with familiarity with market dynamics. • Demonstrated self-driven abilities and experience working collaboratively within a team environment. • Ability to thrive in a growing market segment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
