Solar Field Service Technician, Level I

Your Impact Our advanced Solar Field Service Technicians (Photovoltaic Repair) specialize in conducting inspection and corrective maintenance of photovoltaic (PV) solar panel systems, adhering to established procedures and prioritizing health, safety, and environmental compliance. Solar Panel Maintenance Technicians will be responsible for both internal and external inspection and maintenance of solar panels, inverters, and other PV components and mentoring team members. Your day-to-day tasks may include troubleshooting, testing, and repairing solar panels, as well as handling materials. You will also provide assistance in service and maintenance activities related to other solar energy system components and associated equipment. These are local sites-candidates should reside within 50 miles of the Memphis, Tennessee area. Core Responsibilities • Troubleshoot inverters, combiner boxes and replace/repair string lines. • Perform LOTO, IV Curve tracing, megger/insulation testing, and IR scans. • Responsible for the operation and maintenance of solar power plants in accordance with established standards and procedures. • Lead by example in maintaining safety protocols and operating with professionalism. • Troubleshoot solar system problems and resolve issues in a timely manner. • Responsible for documentation including, but not limited to, work orders, service orders, time logs, and emergency information schedules. • Operate your Pearce motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements. • Maintain PEARCE company vehicle so that it is always clean, presentable, functional. Core Experience • 1+ years' experience on commercial and/or utility scale solar sites. • Experience with electrical and power electronics troubleshooting and repairs • Knowledge of environmental and safety policies and procedures and able to apply NFPA 70E/OSHA 10 training. • Provide a working knowledge of troubleshooting electrical components with help and use of digital multi-meters, meggers, amp clamps, and similar equipment. • Able to test installed equipment, ensuring proper working order including daily mechanical electrical inspections. • Proficient with Microsoft office. Solar Project Manager I

Summary: The Project Manager I – Solar manages site-based project management of utility scale solar project. EPC Project Manager, Utility Scale Solar (South East)

Job Description Summary: The EPC Project Manager will be responsible for the management of all aspects of utility-scale solar projects, including project planning, budgeting, buyout, project controls/reporting, scheduling, risk management, etc. The Project Manager will also provide both leadership and technical expertise internally and externally for project success. Job Description: • This job description reflects management's assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned Position Responsibilities and Duties: • In partnership with superintendent team, plan, execute, and take responsibility for significant scopes of self-performed work, managing very large labor crews. Plan sequencing, crew-sizes, productivity goals, and monthly labor spend. Execute work and track actual results, adjusting and refining forecasts to reflect actual production • Work with Superintendent to develop safety plans and to implement safety procedures • Oversee preparation of project billings; seek to maximize cash flow in and reduce pay cycles through diligent & strategic billing preparation.
