Main Accountabilities • Collaborate with process engineers, yield/integration engineers, and equipment technicians to optimize production lines and meet safety, efficiency, and quality targets. • Deliver first-level engineering support for equipment-related issues and participate in projects aimed at cost reduction, OEE improvement, second sourcing, yield and reliability enhancement, and new line/equipment startup. • Analyze equipment data logs, errors, and SPC to guarantee control and develop necessary preventive maintenance procedures, OCAPs, PM SWIs, and PM checklists. • Enhance the capabilities of equipment and PM technicians through targeted training programs. • Conduct root cause failure analysis on failed parts and leverage material/fabrication expertise to drive design improvements. • Identify critical machine components and evaluate design features to ensure reliability in the operational environment. • Pursue initiatives to decrease repair and maintenance expenses. • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements pertaining to environmental, health, and safety, as well as manufacturing standards. • Assist in developing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving tool performance. • Ensure consistent adherence to environmental, health, and safety, and quality standards, rules, and regulations at all times. Key Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Semiconductor, or related field. • At least 3 years of experience in the Solar, Semiconductor, LED, or Automobile sectors. • Familiarity with problem-solving tools (FMEA, 5 Whys, 8D) and systematic approach with quality mindset. • Strong proficiency in related software, including AutoCAD and MS Office applications, and project management tools. • Good team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
