ESSENTIAL DUTIES: • Trim, file, grind, deburr, and buff metal surfaces • Assemble ductwork using air-powered-driven tools • Wrap duct for shipment • Load ductwork onto trucks • Maintain a clean, safe shop work area • May assist with weld area tasks – hammering, chipping, and grinding workpieces to cut, bend, and straighten metal KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: • A high school diploma or GED preferred • Reliable transportation • Sheet metal shop experience is helpful, we are willing to train • Good listening skills, willing to ask questions • Possess basic math skills • Able to use hand and power tools properly and safely • Demonstrates a willingness to learn • Possess a positive, good-natured attitude.
