Our regional Building Services Construction team is looking to welcome another sheet metal installer to our team. This position will work out of our main office in Lewisburg, PA. The qualified candidate must have a strong work ethic and have the following qualifications: • Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the sheet metal ductwork trade • Must be self sufficient • Capable of installing slip and drive ductwork as well as duct mate • Capable of installing blanket insulation wrap • Capable of installing duct hangers/supports Future advancement opportunities will be available for the right individual. Sheet Metal Fab Operator

Description Are you a hard worker who loves to learn new skills and work with a great team? Sheet Metal Fab Operator Work for 35 hours a week and get paid for 40 hours. Pay Starts at $24.00/hr Morning/Afternoon. $1 shift diff for evening shift. Morning Hours: short days: 5:00am - 11:15am long day: 5:00am - 3:30pm Afternoon Hours: short days: 11:15am - 5:30pm long day: 7:00 am - 5:30pm Evening Hours Short Days: 5:30PM - 11:45PM Long Day: 1:15PM - 11:45 PM ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (include the following. Other duties may be assigned.) 1. ENSURES MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY OF THE PUNCH PRESSES by following the sequence of work set up by the Team Leader/Production Supervisor; perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment such as oil, grease, tooling; loading and unloading product from punch press in an efficient manager, don’t clear parts from skeleton on Punch Press table; notifies Team Leader/Production Supervisor of any maintenance/tooling issues; and readies programs at the controller to reduce the amount of time machine is stopped. 2. FINISHES PARTS TO SPECIFICATIONS by checking finished parts to print, using verniers, protractors, tape measures, and other tools as required; accessing E-DOCs/or prints; identifying parts with the correct part number: using grinder to remove any sharp edges and round corners. 3. MAINTANIS 5S STANDARDS by sweeping floor on a regular basis throughout the day; disposing of skeletons into recycle dumpster; returning all tools to their labeled locations on Shadow Boards and shine carts; place all finished parts on proper skids and carts when completed to be delivered. 4. CONTRIBUTES TO THE TEAM EFFORT OF THE DEPARTMENT by being aware of the efforts of others around you and lending a hand when needed, providing a positive attitude toward the goals and direction of the department and company. perform any additional duties as requested. 5. MAINTAINS A SAFE WORK ENVIROMENT by being trained on safety rules and regulations that have been set forth by the company. observing all safety rules and regulations; using required safety devices and personal protective equipment (hearing protection, safety glasses, and steel toe shoes). 6. MAINTAINS COMPLIANCE TO ENVIROMENTAL STANDARDS by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. 7. PERFORM ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES AS REQUESTED. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Must be a high school graduate or equivalent. • Must have a working knowledge of computers. • Prefer 2 years previous experience operating CNC machinery and controls. • Must have Welding Experience. • Must be able to perform set-up on CNC equipment with minimal training. • Must understand basic measuring tools such as tape measure, material thickness, gauges, and calipers, and ability to count and ability to measure equipment using a tape measure. • Must be able to interpret engineering drawings and shop travelers. • Must have knowledge of plant safety regulations. • Must be able to lift a maximum of 51 lbs. on average during a normal workday. • Forklift Certification Required (certification will take place once individual is hired as employee). • Must realize urgency and accept team approach to manufacturing in a work call environment. • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. • Ability to read and interpret basic documents, safety rules and other correspondence. • Must be able to work as a team.
